What is the average delivery time?

We aim to post every Bookadoo® within 9 working days. We indicate the expected delivery date with each individual order. The time the TNT Post requires to deliver your Bookadoo® is approximately 5 working days and should be taken into account.

Shipping costs for Funny Magazines are £ 3,50 and for the hardcover and softcover Bookadoo books £ 5,50. During the ordering process we will display the costs based on the contents of the order and the shipping address.

Can I pay per bank transfer?

You can pay the order by international bank transfer. Don't forget to include the Bookadoo order number for our reference.

Will more titles be published?

Of course! Bookadoo® aims to publish new Bookadoo®s regularly. We also introduce new products to supplement the reading aloud books and posters.

What happens to a photo after it has been uploaded to Bookadoo®?

We save the photo anonymously on our server so that the same photo can be used again for future repeat Bookadoo® orders for the same child. You can e-mail us if you wish to have the photo removed.

My child is coloured - can you process the photo?

Of course, every Bookadoo® is available in many skin colour variations. Our photo specialists process your photo using the version that best suits your skin colour. The end result will be perfect.

How do I pay?

You can pay for a Bookadoo® quickly and easily using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Paypall or by bank transfer. Work will start on your Bookadoo® as soon as your payment has been received. So use an online payment method if you want to receive your Bookadoo® without any delay.

Who should I direct my complaint to?

What does right of withdrawal mean?

If you purchase off the internet, with a few exceptions you have a statutory right of return period of 14 days. For at least 14 days after receipt of the article you may terminate the agreement without stating a reason. However, because each Bookadoo® is unique, the right of withdrawal does not apply to Bookadoo®.

Can I view my personal details?

You have the right to view and change your personal details. Log in via 'My account' to see your Bookadoo® registration details and to make any changes.
