Complaints procedure

All Bookadoo® products are custom made. Great attention is paid to the quality of your ordered product during production. If however your product proves unsatisfactory, or does not meet your expectations, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Please contact us within 30 days after delivery. You can do this by telephone on: +31 251 - 26 30 90 or via mail. You will receive a personal message from us within 3 working days and we guarantee that the matter or any further orders will be dealt with promptly.
